2. Holders of Ph.D Lecturers II, I, Senior Lecturers, Professors, Retired Professors in any of our four colleges vis-a-vis:

(I) Sciences

(ii) Tech

(iii) Management & Social Sciences

(iv) Environmental Designs & Management Operations Manager Water Industry.

3. Operation Manager (Water Industry).
