Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Traditional and Modern)

Key Requirements:

•   Minimum OND in a relevant discipline

•   At least 5 years experience in FMCG retail distribution

•   Full understanding of Route planning, distribution coverage and field selling techniques

•   Self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision and achieve results

•   Experience in training, leading and motivating sales teams

•   Good command of English Language and Microsoft Office proficiency
