Job Title: Regional HR Manager (IGBO language / Nigeria)

Our client is one of Nigeria's leading FMCG companies and part of a major Global  business. The company produce some of the premier local brands in the country which have now developed a great consumer following. The company operates at (4) different locations with a Head Office based in Lagos. There manufacturing plants are located in the South of Nigeria with Regional located depots across the country.

Job Description:  – The purpose of the role is to provide the whole range of employee life cycle services in a business partnering role within an assigned location or region.  – Scope extends to 3rd parties who work within or outside the premises as may be approved by the company from time to time.  – The key responsibilities include recruitment, leave, transfer and promotions, file custody and maintenance, exit interviews.  – Disciplinary cases, inputs to payroll, rotation of high risk jobs for junior & senior senior staff.  – Managing the industrial relations in his or her location.  – Update and maintenance Human manager in collaboration with RHRMs and PO – HO for items of input Performance management, personal development plan training and development activities analysis and reporting to the training programme for location.

Desired Skills & Experience:  – Minimum of a Bacherlor's degree in Social Sciences or related discipline.  – A Masters degree in Organisation behaviour or Industrial relations or Human Resource Management or any related discipline is an advantage.  – Associate membership of CIPMN.  – Minimum of 5 years post-graduate working experience in a Human Resource environment, two of which must be in a generalist HR role.  – This is a role for a Nigerian national and you should be either from  South Eastern Nigeria origin or at least speak Igbo fluently.
