Salary Range: NGN 720,000.00 to NGN 1,200,000.00 per annum

Job Description:

•    Provide CRM support to clients

•    Maintain call logs for all requests/complaints/observations

•    Prepare daily reports of complaints received, complaints resolved and pending complaints as per the decided

•    Have good communication skills, be presentable

•    Be familiar with CRM functionality

•    Have at least one year experience in CRM

Requirements:

•    Ability to coordinate the day-to-day running of the entire branch.

•    Plan and execute CR campaigns aimed at winning potential customers, while maintaining old ones.

•    Design strategies for creating new markets for the company's products and services.

•    Aggressively expand the company's market by employing and pursuing those new strategies.

•    Ability to work long hours and with little or no supervision.

•    Ability to interface with customers cheerfully, resolving every issue presented.

•    Must be computer literate.
