Job Title: Trainee Analyst, Corporate Finance and Advisory

Location: Lagos, Nigeria  

Department: Corporate Finance and Advisory Department

Employer: Kedari Capital Limited

Job Objective: To assist in providing financial advisory services and solutions for prospective investment opportunities and to generate funds for the  company.

Reporting relationship: Reports to Analyst, Associates, Senior Associate(s) & Head, Corporate Finance and Advisory Department

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To assist in providing financial advisory services.

• Producing documents relevant to the execution of assigned Projects.

• Conduct first level research on Projects.

• Maintain Project Secretariat, Handle Communications, Attend Meetings and Ensure that Transaction records are kept appropriately.

• Provide Support to Associate members of the Department (under the supervision of Department Head and other more senior Associates)

Key Performance Indicators:

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Standard of Documentation Produced

• Ability to Learn quickly

• Financial Modelling Skills  

Competence Requirements (Generic &Core Skills):

• Analytical thinking and Results orientation

• Relationship Management

Specification/ Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum of a first degree in a Numerate Discipline, Finance & Accounting or Economics with a 2.1 or Distinction.

• Must be able to Write and Speak excellent English

• Good and Smart Appearance

• Must be Serving or Eligible of NYSC within 6 Months
