Our Graduate Development Programme gives young people a chance to gain experience in their chosen field, while earning a market-related salary and package.

Approximately 240 graduates have completed our two-year programme since 2001. Of that number, 12 came from Nampak partner schools and were awarded Nampak bursaries. Through the years, we have invested more than R20 million in the process of accelerating the development of our company's future leadership and meeting our transformation targets.

Today, we have a growing number of black management professionals who have come full-circle through the Nampak system: partner schools, bursary scheme and graduate development programme. They are making their mark on our great company, and we are very proud to be part of their success.

Due to the highly competitive nature of the programme, space is limited. The minimum qualification is a degree in accounting/finance, engineering, human resources, information technology/business systems, logistics/supply chain, sales and marketing or production/manufacturing.
