Job Title: Ticketing Agent

Location(s): Rivers, Nigeria

The Job:  – All applicants for the above mentioned positions must be well spoken, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, vibrant and financially motivated.  – Good Communication skills to work with public.  – Fluent in writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities:

•   Will be the first person to greet the customer, you are expected to be clean, neat in appearance in accordance with airline standards.

•   Efficiently handle customers and their queries achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets

•   Handle issues, re-issuing and re-validation of clients PN R in Amadeus and Sabre

•   Comply with the organisation'S reservation policies and procedures and standards of customer service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-f1ight checks, timeliness. grooming, courtesy etc.)

•   Keep self up-to-date on airlines rules, policies and procedures

•   Will handle ticket sales for all airlines currently operating in Nigeria.

•   Produce the daily and monthly sales report in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Qualification and Requirements:

•   Minimum degree in any discipline

•   1-3 years' work experience

•   Candidates should have good communication skills

•   Candidates should be able to work with little or no supervision

•   Candidates should be energetic and dynamic
