Responsibilities:

•   Prepared confidential reports.

•   Schedule travel plans screening of correspondence

•   Coordinate business appointments

•   Maintain filing system

•   Responds to incoming calls from prospective customers.

•   Review company/ customer's records to identify prospect list.

•   Develops relationship with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volumes.

•   Originates phone calls to prospective customers and provide information about products and services.
