Reports to – Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

•         Ensure compliance to sampling procedure for RM/PM/FP for various Quality checks.

•         Carry out analyses on all RM/PM/FP and Semi-Finished products as defined in the Quality QMS.

•         Draft methods of analyses for various parameters.

•         Report Non-Conformances observed in any of the results to Quality Manager. Investigate & implement Corrective actions for Non-Conformance in analyses.

•         Record all results and ensure accuracy of data base.

•         Calibrate all Instruments in the lab, including Balances in the plant.

•         Conduct calibration checks as per defined frequency.

•         Implement Internal Control Plan for Chemicals, instruments & methods.

•         Maintain Standard samples for RM/PM/FP for all required parameters.

•         Send samples for analyses to Outside lab & compare the results as per requirement.

•         Implement GLP & 5 S in the lab.

•         Compile data for Weekly / Monthly Quality Report.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

•   PG in Science/ Chemistry

•   3-5 year's experience

•   Good analytical skills, personal relationship & leadership skills, persistent nature

•   Should have hands on experience on Physio-chemical analyses, instrument calibration, Data Analyses/Trending, Root Causes Analyses for deviation etc.
