PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:

Drives a strategic initiative or key parts of strategy governance in a self standing way with limited guidance requirement from Chief Expert level; acts as advisor in these areas and ensures execution and change through management level networking. Acts as a Change Agent to foster transformation of SAP overall in these areas.

Area 1 – Project Work and Ongoing Operational Responsibilities: Drives one strategic project/initiative or operational responsibility at a time on Board level with little supervision

Area 2 – Continuous development of own skills and own department, including taking ownership in driving CSG internal initiatives.

•   Delivers outcomes on complex issues

•   Defines standards and leading-edge best practices in own area of expertise across the organization

•   Drives continuous improvement and break-through results related to products, services and processes

•   Proactively shares knowledge and expertise to help others to develop and grow (cross-LoB knowledge roll-in and roll-out)

•   Coaches/ engages/ mentors others

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

•   Undergraduate and/or University Degree; Master's is preferred.

•   Fluent English

•   Customer Focus

•   Quality Focus

While posted globally, preferred location of the candidate is North America.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

•   Minimum of 8 years in Management Consulting and/or IT/SW industry.

•   Candidates must have prior in experience in the Financial Services and/or Insurance space
