Qualifications:

Our preferred candidates should have:

•    A minimum of B.SclHNO in Estate Management with Upper Credit of Second Class Upper division.

•    Possession and membership of NIESV is essential/Applicable knowledge of Microsoft package is mandatory.

•    A minimum of (5-8) years working experience in a facility management company/construction and real estate industry is desirable.

•    Within 28-35 years age bracket.

The Person:

Prospective candidate should posses:

•    Analytical, communication and presentation skills.

•    Excellent interpersonal skills.

•    AbHity to work effectively without supervision and a willingness to act decisively.

•    Self-motivated, resilient and result oriented.
