Qualification:

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and any other related field.

•   Relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

Skills/Competencies Required:

•   Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Project

•   Management/Programming Management.

•   Good understanding of Call Centre Operations and trends in the telecommunication industry.

•   Good knowledge of Siebel CRM, IP contact Centre, Windows, Unix, Oracle RDBMS and networking fundamentals
