Job Description:

•   The General manager (Factory Operations) shall be responsible for the day-to day running of the Plants, including manufacturing operations, maintenance, repairs etc.

•   The incumbent must be able to ensure compliance with the established quality standards and the safe productive operation of all manufacturing activities model and acts in accordance with the company's guiding principles.

Requirements:

•   Candidate must possess a minimum of first degree in either Production, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any of Operations Management related courses.

•   Master in Business Administrations (MBA) will be an added advantage.

•   Minimum of seven years experience in FMCG company, age not above 40yrs.

•   Membership of a relevant professional body would be an added advantage.

Remuneration: Very competitive within the industry.
