Job Title: International Consultant – Reach Project

Description: Pact seeks international development professionals to provide short-term technical support to enable completion of REACH project activities.

Specific Task/Activities:

1. Review REACH educational support and block grant process at all schools

2. Confirm list of beneficiaries in each school by name, gender and class

3. Identify gaps and or challenges that could mitigate completion of schooling by beneficiary OVC in all supported schools

4. Review and confirm funds spent for educational support and block grant by each CBO and provide total sum by school , LGA and state

5. Any other task assigned by Country Director within the contract period

Deliverable:  

1. A comprehensive report describing activities, follow-up actions, and recommendations as regards to the REACH project.
