Job Title: Public Private Partnership (PPP) Consultant

We provide technical assistance, capacity building and professional and financial services to public sector and international organisations across the world and have significant experience in the design and delivery of financially sound projects to meet a wide range of socio-economic objectives including an extensive track record of providing high level project design, procurement consultancy and transactional advisory support to government entities.

Crown Agents is currently increasing our database of consultants with experience and knowledge in the area of public private partnerships (PPPs) in response to client needs.

We would like to hear from consultants with:

•   Demonstrable PPP experience i.e. involvement in a PPP project anywhere in the world

•   Strong skills and knowledge in one or more technical areas below:

•   The design of PPP projects

•   Undertaking PPP feasibility studies

•   Financial, commercial or legal aspects of a PPP

•   PPP related negotiation

•   Designing and delivering training on PPP

Interested consultants must hold a tertiary qualification, be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English, and must be able to travel internationally. An interest in the development of PPPs that meet socio-economic aims is highly desirable.
