Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

•   Good creative background Excellent presentation skills

•   Proficiency in the use of relevant Creative ApplicationsStrategic Thinking & Marketing Superior understanding of branding and marketing principles

•   Good understanding of leveraging market initiation through the line

•   Effective management of the creative process

Qualification

•   A good first degree or diploma in any discipline advertising and communication.

•   Minimum of 8-10 years post qualification experience in any advertising or brand agency which includes minimum of 6 years a Senior Creative Director.
