Roles and responsibilities:

• Working with Creative & Planning teams to outline and implement successful campaigns and programs

• Contribution & participation in 360º client / agency marketing teams

• Oversee/manage creative development ensuring brand essence and core message communication

• Work closely with the Other Teams including: Shopper Marketing, Promotions, Experiential/Event Marketing

• Work closely with the Event Production Director on production needs for specific programs including: fabrication, vendors, permits, pricing and inventory assets

• Monitoring/evaluating program results during execution and working directly with Field Management to identify outliers and make adjustments as needed

• Gathering important campaign feedback from Field Management and Field Representatives for client recommendations and future program improvements/enhancements

• Providing detailed financial information including detailed campaign budgets, billing/reconciliation, revenue goals/tracking and forecasts

• Work with Managing Director & HQ Team to maintain and build existing business

• Be part of/lead several RFPs throughout the calendar year.,Nigeria

Skill set:

• Have the strong enthusiasm to achieve client's goals together

• Be a motivated, well organized, marketing professional

• Have experience in several Experiential areas including: Shopper Marketing

Work experience: 7

Highest qualification: B.Sc
