Job Title: Micro-Finance Officer

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Recruiter: MegaBlocks

A firm requires the services of a qualified and experienced candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:

•   Support the Director/Team-leader in developing effective operation mechanisms within the microfinance program

•   Involve in monitoring, supervising all related activities of the microfinance program

•   Conduct regular internal audits at branch level

•   Provide direct supervision of branch managers

•   Review the branches' regular reports, and prepare regular reports at head office level

•   Review and consolidate accounting books of branches

•   Be responsible for supervision, recruitment and training of branches' staff

•   Assist in market research, product development and searching for new markets

•   Be able to provide trainings for both current and new staff on microfinance-related subjects

•   Develop a good relationship with TDF sponsors, donors and local partners.

•   Perform other tasks when/where required.

Qualifications and Requirement:

•   At least two years of working experience.

•   Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools

•   Demonstrated skills in working with colleagues and collaborators of different cultural backgrounds

•   The position demands a person with high integrity and transparency in his/her working routines;

•   Good command of English is an asset.

•   must reside in lagos
