Job Title: Operations Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Employer: Property Development Company

The company requires the services of young, challenge-driven and result oriented individuals.

Description:

•   Running the Operations department of the company

•   Prepare tender and contract document including bills of quantity

•   Prepare cost analysis for new projects as well as repair and

•   maintenance of ongoing project work

•   Perform risk, value management and cost control

•   Advise on procurement strategy

Requirements:

•   Applicants must have a first Degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputable University Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.

•   Applicants must also possess at least 10yrs post NYSC experience from a reputable organization in related field.

•   Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills

•   Good analytical and numerical skills

•   Demonstrate an ability to lead a team without supervision as well as work effectively within that team     .

•   Previous experience of managing various pre and post projects

•   Constantly portray a professional image to colleagues, senior employees and clients in person and in all correspondences

•   Applicants must not be over 35years.
