Job Title: Assistant Architect

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Employer: Property Development Company

The company requires the services of young, challenge-driven and result oriented individuals.

Description:

•   Supervising work of contractors on site

•   Resolving design problems and issues that arise during construction

•   Producing detailed working drawings and specifications

•   Provide CAD details as well as corresponding 3D images

•   Articulate design ideas unto corresponding construction drawings

Requirements:

•   Applicants must have a First Degree in Architecture from a reputable University.

•   A Master's Degree in Architecture will be an added advantage.

•   Applicants must also possess at least 5yrs post NYSC experience from a reputable organization.

•   Significant On-site experience

•   High level of creativity, imagination and vision

•   Excellent design and drafting skills as well as proficiency in

•   Computer- aided design {CAD}

•   Detail oriented

•   Ability to work well without supervision and within a group

•   Applicants must not be over 32years.
