Chrysler is recalling 248,437 2010 2010 vehicles, including the Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Grand Caravan and Dodge Journey AWD, because an electrical system ignition problem can cause the engine to shut off, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
