Job description:

•   This is an exciting position for highly skilled HR Business Partner to lead the HR Business Partners that work with Business Unit managers, department heads and directors to provide and implement an effective business and strategic HR strategy through effective people strategies to ensure successful delivery.

•   This position is responsible for the oversight and assistance to all HR Generalists placed within the Business Unit.  

•   This includes responsibility and supervision for day to day Human Resource activity, system updates, etc.

Requirement:

•   A degree in Human Resources, or Business.

•   Experience in the management of HR functions of at least 5 years.

•   Experience in HR of at least 7-10 years.

•   Relevant advanced degree will be an advantage. Has HR Management/Partner/Specialist experience in medium/large organisation
