Job Title: Tools and Consumables Sales Support

Location: Nigeria

Job Description: Sales and technical support of the Sandvik related rock tools and crushing and screening wear offering to the construction customer base.

Qualification and Experience:  – Degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineer or trade background with equivalent technical knowledge, service, account management and associated product sales experience. – Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of rock tools, crushing and screening exposure.

Key Duties:

•   Optimise sales and profitability of relevant rock tools and crusher wear items product offering to the construction market,

•   Training and coaching of relevant internal & customer personnel in these product tines

•   Work closely With service and training personnel to optimise knowledge across departments including logistics to ensure effective forecasting of rock tools and wear items

•   Liaise with the factories to stay ahead of product development, as well as knowledge transfer back to the factories of market requirements and trends, and marketing teams as well as the aftermarket team to optimise sales opportunities,

•   Effective coaching and training of dealer personnel responsible for growing the Sandvik offering in WestAfrica, Others.

•   Highly motivated to work alone With very strong customer relationship aptitude

•   Computer literate.

•   Any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Area Vice President

Special Requirement: Successful applicants would be required to work at SMC sites in Nigeria and other West African Countries.
