Job Title: General Manager, Operations

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Employer: Flux Logistics Limited (part of Superflux Group)

Responsibilities:

•   Lead the management of multiple site Third Party Logistics operations, ensuring customer value, service delivery, cost efficiency and profitability

•   Develop and execute comprehensive and integrated plans including project scope, budget, resources, timelines, quality and risk for the successful delivery of 3PL offerings

•   Manage the budget, Profit & Loss functions of operational activities

•   Foster a LEAN OPERATIONAL culture driving continuous improvement while maintaining high safety standard at various sites

Qualifications:

•   Qualified candidates should have at least 15 years management experience in a high volume, fast paced 3PL warehousing and transportation environment

•   Bachelors' Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related operations discipline preferred, Masters degree or relevant certifications will also be an advantage

•   Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules

•   Good knowledge of robust Warehouse Management Systems and operations

•   Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Vision and Access
