•   Proven experience with Mystery shopping- particularly video mystery shopping

•   Proven ability to analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative research with client needs in mind.

•   Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment without sacrificing accuracy and attention to detail and ability to meet deadline

•   Must be willing to travel to various parts of the country

•   Must be available when required.
