Role Summary/Purpose:

•   The RT Planner shall be responsible to co-ordinate shop loading in the RT workshop and ensure that all Shop Works orders/packs and spares are available for the Rental Tooling to be reworked in the shop.

•   Managing Tools Usage as well as determining maintenance levels/routings, this position is to provide clear information to the shop to ensure work is performed in with global stardard.

•   He will also be responsible for Loading out of Allocated Tools and coordinating Backloaded Tools and shop loading

Essential Responsibilities:

•   To be the primary contact for Rental Tool requirements relating to Rental Stock, maintenance requirements shop rework loading and Rental Shop Matrix

•   To co-ordinate works orders, shop routings and work packs from the Manufacturing Engineer for Rental Tools to be reworked in the Rental Tool shop.

•   Maintaining progress data on Rental Tools rework/availability and advising Rental Tool Manager and Service Manager of status and progress

•   Schedule and prioritise Rental Tool Shop work requirements on a daily basis.

•   Respond to and resolve urgent internal (FSE equipment issues) and external customer requests.

•   Identifying and resolving schedule conflicts and identifying the need for assistance from the main workshop where the need arises

•   To identify spares holding to be on hand at all times to meet Rental Tool reworks

•   Attend the required meetings to communicate accurate and concise information in relation to availability/status of Rental Tool availability

•   Assist with identification and justification of New Rental Tooling as the need arises.

•   Co-ordinate the Customer new Tooling manufacturing, rework, rethreading and ensure that Rental Assets are always in Certification.

•   Liaise with both internal and external customers on a daily basis

•   Ensure that Global Rental Policy is always maintenance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

•   Preferably degree educated within a Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering discipline

•   Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

•   5 year plus experience in Subsea maintenance and Planning environment.
