JOB PURPOSE: To provide credit analysis and reports on all transactions proposed by UK. This will include Bank, Corporate and Sovereign risk analysis and appropriate recommendations to Credit Committee

JOB TASKS:

• Provide analysis/credit report and recommendation for specific transactions whether corporate or bank

• Provide analysis/credit report and recommendation for specific bank limits covering trade finance, money market, f/x, lending

• Provide sovereign risk analysis and limit recommendations

• Provide industry/sector analysis

• Market knowledge – keeping up to date with developments & practices

• Presentations to Credit Committee

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Strong credit & analytical skills

• Knowledge of the local market

• Knowledge of other Sub-Saharan African markets, particularly Ghana

• Knowledge of how FCMB, Lagos operates including risk management/scoring methodology and policies & procedures

• Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Internal – all business unit Heads and line management

• Group (FCMB, Lagos) – Heads of Credit & Risk Management
