Job Title: Grinding Plant Operator (M/F)

Working hours: Full-time

Employer: Loesche Nigeria Limited (LNG)

Role & Responsibility:

•   Achieving the Production targets set by the Shift Foreman

•   Ensuring efficient production with minimal resource utilization

•   Minimization of environmental impact during the production

•   Supporting the Maintenance Supervisors during shut downs

•   Ensure a proper and efficient operation of the grinding plant in accordance with the technical limitations

•   Continuous reporting to the Shift Foreman

•   Comply with all relevant company and statutory environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

•   Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering would be an advantage

•   Experience in the cement industry in a position of appropriate responsibility would be an advantage

•   Good technical understanding and communication skills, an ability to work in a team

•   Very good MS-Office knowledge

•   Business-fluent spoken and written English would be an advantage

•   Further languages skills would be an advantage

•   Willingness to travel to various national locations
