Description:

•   Should be able to interact with customers and resolve critical  issues.

•   Good communication and analytical skills.

•   Good knowledge of NMS/OSS.

•   Good  Knowledge of ITIL  process.

•   Basic understanding of all BTO tools.

•   Working knowledge of NNM,OM,OVPI/SHR, BSM,Sitescope, BPM,Diagotics.

•   Working knowledge of NNM and OM SPI's.

•   Good trouble shooting skills.

•   Good understing of various BTO  integrations.

•   Knowledge of reporting.

•   BTO Tools: NNM, OM, SM, BSM, Sitescope, BPM, Diagnostics, AM, UCMDB, DDMI, DDMA,Storage essentials and OVPI/SHR.
