Our client, a well-established engineering and technical services company specialized in the supply and installation of power equipment seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of Chief Operating Officer (Expatriate)

The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day to day general management of the company in meeting its established business objectives. To achieve this, your key responsibilities will include:

•   Formulating results-oriented strategy

•   Designing and implementing effective business development strategies

•   Fostering a success-oriented, accountable culture within the company

•   Developing and maintaining good business relationships with the company's key stakeholders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•   A first degree (BSc/ B.Tech) in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, a relevant master's degree and an MBA will  be an advantage

•   Membership of relevant professional institutes such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Institute of Electrical Engineers / Institute of Engineering and Technology

•   Minimum of ten years' cognate experience, five of which must have been in an Engineering based company with a bias for Electrical and Technical Services.  A first degree (BSc/ B.Tech) in Electrical/ Electronic                 Engineering, a relevant master's degree and an MBA will  be an advantage

•   Membership of relevant professional institutes such as Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Institute of Electrical Engineers / Institute of Engineering and Technology

•   Minimum of ten years' cognate experience, five of which must have been in an Engineering based company with a bias for Electrical and Technical Services
