The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) isinviting the general public to the matriculation ceremony of her fresh students which will hold on Saturday, 12th July, 2014 at all the NOUN study centres nationwide.

All new students are required to complete their registration exercise to enable them participate in the matriculation exercise.
