Job Brief:

The successful applicant is expected to maintain close and regular contact with the customers to ensure effective maintenance support.

.

Responsibilities: – Maintain a high quality information of all plants in our customer base and periodically update the plants history and other relevant plant archives. – Priorities outstanding jobs and call outs from customers.  – Liaising with relevant Engineers when necessary to update their plant knowledge and effectiveness. – Function as the office Manager for the service function.  – Ensure prompt delivery of spares to relevant sites.  – Carry out any other assignments as directed from time to time.

Technical Knowledge and Skills: – A graduate ideally with Engineering and IT background with at least 3 years practical experience in plant management.

Professional Qualifications: – An Engineering Graduate.
