Job Description:

A rapidly growing Automobile Manufacturing Company in Ogun State (Nigeria) is in search of qualified/experienced personnel for immediate employment.

Responsibilities:

• Attending & monitoring customer complaints vehicles in workshop with topmost involvement for "NO REPEAT" & Ensure speedy resolution of complaint vehicles.

• Quality audits of repaired vehicles.

• Test Driving Of Finished Vehicles Before Delivery

• Monitoring repeat jobs and vehicle down time

• Ensure the delivery of the vehicles as per commitment to the customer

• Random audits of vehicles at the POD (point of delivery) & make action plan, timely review & close actions for improvement.

• Execute corrective actions based on customer satisfaction survey findings

• Dealer Profitability: responsible for profitability in workshop as an Independent Unit.

• Vehicle inflow monitoring

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Will report to the General Manager

• Skilled car repair technician required, with minimum of 5 years at management level

• Successful applicant must be able to carry out all types of diagnosis with modern diagnostics equipment, must be a good team leader

• Professional certification will be an added advantage

• Good interpersonal skills, confident, outgoing, and sociable character

• Fluent in Communication and good analytical skills and Valid driving license

• Fully conversant with Electronic and mechanical parts catalogue, as well as Microsoft Office Outlook,Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Flexible approach to working hours to meet deadlines

• Must be willing to work long hours with minimum supervision.
