Pontclef Associates Limited is an indigenous infrastructure consulting and development company that is focused on upstream and downstream sectors of the industry. The company is working with governments and prime stakeholders to address infrastructure challenges in Nigeria, using the strategy of productive public- private partnerships (PPP) as a key enabler.

The Project Associate (R&I) will be responsible for diligent planning and designing effective research into PPP best practices; in-country PPP infrastructure project experience; assures research integrity of outsourced efforts; implement corporate innovation and domestication strategies; document findings and outcomes; ensure knowledge sharing through appropriate dissemination of domesticated PPP strategies; design, implement and  maintain archival management system.

Requirements: – The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline in the social sciences with three years post qualification experience preferably on the research desk of a respectable national newspaper house, research institution or an advertising agency. – S/he must be capable of tracking development in the infrastructure industry in Sub-Saharan Africa, and possess outstanding analytical and research skills. – S/he must demonstrate oral, written and inter- personal communication skills, be willing to work in a multi-disciplinary environment as well as interfacing across functions.
