JOB DESCRIPTION:

(A) Sales Target:

Sales Manager is expected to meet and surpass sales target as agreed with management.

Sales manager is expected to create dealer/distributor network in each territory assigned.

Sales manager must ensure that bad debts are zero or non-existing.

(B) Competitors Analysis:

The sales Manager is expected to give a report on weekly and monthly bases as regards competitor's product.

Sales Manager should suggest to management regularly on pricing to enable a stable competitive market price and effective sales.
