Federal University Kashere Gets New Deans

The management of Federal University, Kashere (FUKASHERE) has approved the appointment of Dr. Abdullahi M. Bello (Dept. of Biological Sciences) as the Dean, Faculty of Science.

Dr. Bello according to the letter signed by the Registrar, Dr. Aliyu Bafeto followed the completion of sabbatical appointment of the pioneer Dean, Dr. Mohammed Sani Gumel.

Until his appointment as Dean of Science, Dr. Bello was the Dean of Student Affairs.
.
Also, Dr. Mohammed Askira Siddique of the Faculty of Agriculture is appointed new Dean of Student Affairs. Until his appointment, he was the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Agriculture.He takes over from Dr. Abdullahi M. Bello.

In a similar vein, Dr. Sale Mohammed Sir, of the Department of Animal Science has been appointed Director of Research.

The appointments which will be for a period of two (2) years will take effect from October 1st, 2014 except for the Director of Research whose tenure commenced September 01, 2014.
