Job Description: – Supervising and ensuring proper organization/warehousing of products and other materials.

Monitoring products inventory and keeping accurate records at all times. – Authorizing products dispatch after payment confirmation. – Designating and authorizing technicians for project site survey and maintaining accurate survey database.

Receiving, documenting and treating customer feed backs/complaints. – Scheduling and-dispatching maintenance lcustomer support technicians. – Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification: – BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with at least 3 year work experience. – Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft application packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. – Profidency in CAD software will be an added advantage.
