Job Description:

-    Maintain and update employee files and records

-    Process employment verifications

-    Maintain company organizational charts

-    Run/distribute organizational surveys for new hires, terminations and other data collection projects

-    Provide assistance to employees with basic HR, payroll, and policy questions

-    Assist employees with HR related forms and procedures

-    Assist HR Team various HR projects and reports

.

Job Qualifications:

-    Associates or BS/BA degree in Human Resources or Business, or equivalent experience

-    5 years experience in a support role; previous experience in Human Resources required

-    Advanced knowledge in MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

-    Experience with HRIS systems; Oracle and ADP Employee experience desired

-    Great interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
