Job description: – The Guesthouse Manager shall be responsible for:

Day to day running of the Guesthouse – Engagement of external stakeholders as may be

necessary for the smooth running of the Guesthouse – Ensuring the facilities within the Guesthouse are

maintained and kept in best form – Ensuring discipline of staff at all level and in all units

Organising and carrying out marketing activities – Ensuring controls are in place to to safeguard the

assets of the business – Ensuring adequate training and development for staff

and a healthy pipeline of talents.

Desired Skills and Experience: – 3 years working experience as a Guesthouse manager – Adequate hospitality marketing experience – Knowledge of hospitality software – Good knowledge of microsoft excel – People management skills

-Must have integrity.
