Ruff 'n' Tumble was born out of a need for good quality clothing and style for children.

BACKGROUND: – The retail store associate or lead would be responsible for the in store customer experience that would lead to increased sales, customer delight and retention.  – Gathering of market intelligence of geographical area to promote marketing and drive sales. – Manage the retail store to maximize profit and also manage and develop the team members that are direct reports.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION: – BSC, HND

.

AGE AND LANGUAGE: – 21-32 and Fluency in English and any other Nigerian language

.

EXPERIENCE: – At least 2 years retail experience in a reputable organization (fashion organisation would be an added advantage)

.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: – Youthful, vibrant, confident look with the capacity to smile and engage people.

.

KNOWLEDGE: – Knowledge of upselling and cross selling – Basic knowledge and use of computer and Mircosoft applications.

.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: – Strong leadership and team playing  skills is crucial to the role – Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must – Good organisation or merchandising skills – Good selling  and customer service skills – Able to persuade, influence and educate customers on products and services.
