DESCRIPTIONS

Heineken has launched an 18 months international graduate programme, which gives you the chance to work across the Globe and make an impact from day one.

Heineken's aim is to develop a pool of internationally minded individuals with the potential and capability to become leaders in Heineken. Although how far you go is up to you, once on the programme you will enjoy responsibility, development opportunities, travel, formal training, coaching and an environment that stimulates intellectually and rewards high performance.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ON THE PROGRAMME

•You will specialize in Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and Marketing, HR, IT or Corporate Relations
•You will go through a one week induction programme
•Three international placements each lasting six months
•Applications will be open at the beginning of March till the 13th of
April 2011

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ideally you will need:
•A degree - or be about to graduate (preferably a Masters Degree)
•Work experience, preferably up to two years - relevant to your chosen function, ideally gained outside your home country
•At least three languages - one of which is English and two other
(with preference for European languages)
•A desire to live and work abroad - as placements (or jobs after the programme) may be outside your home country
•To have proven leadership skills
•To have affinity with chosen specialism
•An interest in other countries and cultures
•To be able to demonstrate your drive to succeed

THE SELECTION PROCESS

Every six months you will establish yourself in a new country, business area, job and team. It is quite a challenge so it is especially important that you are a fast learner who is friendly, adaptable and outgoing.

You will need to:
•   Be internationally mobile
•   Speak a minimum of three languages fluently (one of which must be English) with preference given to European languages
•   Have (or are about to complete) a degree level qualification (preferably masters degree)
•   Up to two years of relevant work experience in your chosen function, with at least 6 months gained outside your home country
•   Have proven leadership skills
•   Have affinity with chosen specialism
•   Have a driving licence

What you can expect:

STAGE 1: Fill out the application form. If your application is successful, you will be invited to complete an online assessment.

STAGE 2: Upon a successful online assessment a telephone interview will follow. Based on the outcome of the telephone interview, you may be invited to a face to face interview close to your home or study location.

STAGE 3: If successful at stage 2, you will join a one-day assessment event; which will be challenging, but fun filled. This event combines analysing data, presentations, role playing and most of all socialising.

STAGE 4: Finally, if you are successful, you will be offered a place on the programme
