Desired Skills and Experience; – Ideally, applicants for the position should meet the following key requirements and competencies: – At least 2-3 years' store management experience/supervisory experience within a retail environment –

preferably fashion retailer – The ability to drive sales an  turnover and ensure minimal stock losse  for the store – Good retail business acumen and trader mentality – Good planning and organisational skills – Strong leadership and  otivational skillsComputer literacy and  xcellent admin skills – Performance management and IR skills – Knowledge of merchandising principles and fashion – Good interviewing, recruitment and training skills – Good people skills and customer relations – Security conscious and self-motivated.
