Ugwuonye: Judge Refuses Bail, Former AGF Aondoakaa Denies Troubled Lawyer’s Claims

                 By SaharaReporters, New York           An Abuja High Court today denied bail to Maryland-based lawyer, Emeka Ugwuonye.  The judge ordered that Mr. Ugwuonye be returned to EFCC custody until next week.  Mr. Ugwuonye, who was arrested at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos in February on his way out of Nigeria, faces charges of fraud.
