Former NECO Registrar Appointed NCCE Secretary

The immediate past Registrar of the National Examination Council (NECO), Prof. Monday Joshua, who spent just one month in office, has been appointed the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE).

His new appointment was confirmed in a statement from the commission, signed by the Deputy Director, Public Relations Directorate, Alhaji Suleiman Garba.

Joshua is a professor of educational research, measurement and evaluation from the University of Calabar (UNICAL).
