Requirements: – A degree in Industrial Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Production Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum of ten years relevant working experience in manufacturing industry. – Must be able to run and manage new production lines without supervision.

Additional requirements: – Good interpersonal skills – Good communication skills – Must be computer literate – A Masters' degree and membership of a professional body is an added advantage.
