Job Title: Management Accountant

JOB OBJECTIVES

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing the historical financial data to estimate future costs and revenues create budgets and prepare internal reports which are used to make business planning decisions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

•   Demonstrate high level of leadership and managerial skills;
•   Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;
•   Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and procurement skills;
•   Must possess integrity and be of impeccable character;
•   Experience in management accounting or financial management;
•   Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation and selling skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

•   A first degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of Second Class honours degree (Upper division), from a reputable university.
•   A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in management accounting or financial management in an organisation with proven record of success. Membership of a professional body (ICAN, ACCA, CIS) is a must.
