Requirements: – Must have minimum of OND in Agric or related study – Must have minimum of 1years crop farm production practical experience – Must be a good human resource handler – Must be efficient and able to overcome pressure at work – Must be able to assiduously and efficiently assist and represent the farm operations manager. – Must be able to efficiently delegate task without supervision – Age is between 30 – 40yrs – Must be located in Benin or able to relocate to Benin, Edo State at his/her own cost.
