Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall deposit growth on all retail liabilities (current, savings and domiciliary accounts) bank wide - Ensure that the bank's customer acquisition targets are achieved - Supervise the Agency banking network - Drive initiatives required to achieve the product marketing and sales strategy . Requirements: - Qualification - Minimum of first degree - Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience, of which 8 years should have been in the banking industry - Possession of an MBA, will confer an added advantage on the candidate.
