Teclab Management Services Limited – Our client, in different sector, seeks qualified candidates to fill the following vacant position.

Role Target: – May be required to write and edit their stories based on reports from correspondents or reporters , they are sometimes responsible for assigning stories to reporters, and send teams of reporters, camera operators and other support staff on location to film breaking news as necessary

.

Role Expectations:

The successful candidate's specific functions include: – Stay atop daily local and national news via multiple sources. – Prepare, rewrite and edit copy to improve readability, or supervise others who do this work. Edit all scripts for accuracy, timeliness and proper usage. – Read copy or proof to detect and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and syntax. – Verify facts, dates, and statistics, using standard reference sources. – Conduct on-line research. – Develop story or content ideas, considering reader or audience appeal – Monitor news-gathering operations to ensure utilization of all news sources, such as press releases, telephone contacts, radio, television, wire services, and other reporters. – Read material to determine index items and arrange them alphabetically or topically, indicating page or chapter location.

Qualification: – A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or other related fields.

Experience: – Relevant 3 to 5years experience in a similar role
