Job Description: – Develop and ensure the delivery of the employability strategy covering: Developing training and skill acquisition plan/agenda and ensure effective implementation – Design and develop programs and schemes for target beneficiaries – Identify target beneficiaries for the employability scheme and engage beneficiaries – Build and maintain a network of employers to support the employability initiatives – Identify and engage corporate partners and skill acquisition partners for job placement and skill enhancement – Develop, implement and monitor key employability projects and programs, ensuring effective roll out and distil key learning's – Monitor and track performance of delivery partners and distill improvement areas – Conduct periodic reporting of progress with the initiatives

Minimum Qualification: – Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Knowledge & Skills: – Experience of working in career advisory or HR firm – Good understanding of the labour market – 7 years minimum experience – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Both written and Oral) – Excellent project Management Skills – Possess sound interviewing and vocational guidance skills
